SafeSite Facilities is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Account Manager to join our team at our Gretna Office in Scotland. This is an excellent entry-level role where you will learn and develop skills within a dynamic industry, with the opportunity to grow and build a career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and build an efficient working knowledge of SafeSite products, contracts, and services.

  • Evaluate customer needs, provide product advice, and ensure high-quality customer service.

  • Assist with Key Account queries, complaints, and support.

  • Respond to sales inquiries via phone and email, and make outbound calls to customers and external providers.

  • Manage your time effectively, prioritising customer contact and following up on quotes.

  • Assist in the sales of clearance stock.

  • Address performance issues with contractors and report them internally.

  • Maintain and update records in the Syrinx system, including client updates, calls, quotes, and other relevant data.
