Securing of a Disused Health Centre With Steel Sheets

The Brief:

A closed health centre that was subject to squatters. Once the court order had been approved to evict the squatters, all windows and doors needed to be secured.

 

The Solution:

All windows (ground and first floor) to be secured, along with all door openings. Access is required for only one opening, so only one door was needed. The rest was secured with steel sheets.

Products used: Perforated steel sheets and a security door provided – all sheets cut to size on site and installed.

 

The Outcome:

The client confirmed the order had been approved to evict the squatters and that the install needed to be done the following day – we needed to respond quickly and we commenced the following day.

The eviction took longer than expected so we couldn’t get on site to begin until lunchtime, we completed the most vulnerable openings and confirmed we would return the following day to complete the install.

We returned to fit the remaining steel the following day.

The client was happy with our service and how we were able to respond in the time frame required. While on site our operatives noticed the site had some rubbish that needed clearing and confirmed we could put them in touch with our clearance team.
