RB22 Crash Tested Water Filled Barrier Installation – Beaconsfield

The Brief:

Our customer was undertaking the construction of an extension on a building next to a busy exit road, which has continuous traffic travelling at speeds of 20 – 30 mph. They required a solution that would ensure the site would remain protected from potential out of control vehicles.

The Solution:

We discussed several options with our customer and ultimately decided that the RB22 water-filled barrier was the best course of action. These red and white barriers are highly visible and ideal for roadways. When installed, the RB22 can withstand impacts from vehicles travelling up to 50 mph.

The Outcome:

The site remained secure from potential errant vehicles using the exit road.
