WRC Wales Rally – RB22 Water Filled Barriers

The Brief:

In October 2017 SafeSite Facilities were asked to provide a safety solution to keep drivers and spectators safe during the Welsh Rally. This required crash tested barriers to be strategically placed at various sections around the rally course.

 

The Solution:

The ideal product to offer the required high level of safety was to supply 600m of RB22 Water Filled Crash Tested Barriers (BS EN1317 – N1 50mph Working Width W7), and RB22 Hoarding accompanied by panels for additional protection.

 

The Outcome:

SafeSite Facilities successfully deployed their experienced teams overnight to work within the time scales specified by our client. The event went ahead successfully with all aspects delivered to a high standard, leaving the client to focus on their other commitments. We were delighted to play our part in this internationally recognised event.
