Battery Powered Bulkhead Hoarding Lighting

Our battery hoarding lights are commonly used to warn motorists of hoarding and other hazards close to the road’s edge. Available in red or white, they have a specially designed bracket at the rear to enable easy installation onto the flat side of hoarding panels.

Benefits

Each lamp is made from aluminium trim with a mild steel fixing. The lens is made from Polycarbonate Prismatic.

Each lamp features a selectable mode switch, allowing you to alternate between a constant illumination or flashing. A built-in daylight sensor turns the lamps off automatically during daylight hours to preserve battery life.

The light only requires four D-Cell batteries to provide enough power for six months of operation in flashing mode and three months of operation in constant mode. Tamper resistant security bolts prevent unwanted adjustments of the units.

In accordance with Section 172, paragraph 3(c), of the Highways Act 1980; Where a person has erected a hoarding or fence in compliance with subsection (1) above, he shall; sufficiently light the hoarding or fence and any such platform and handrail during the hours of darkness.
