Barrier features

Available in two size options, each single barrier has six rubber wheels, two wheel locks and two interconnecting locks. With its accordion-like design, each barrier expands to create a wide run which contracts after use, for easy removal and storage.

The Turtlegate barrier design is of a surprisingly sturdy but lightweight aluminium alloy construction with durable powder coated finish. Barriers come with a choice of standard or customised colour options, guaranteed not to rust, peel or crack.

Safety and security

Each individual Turtlegate is extendable and can stand alone, but offers full connectivity using the interconnecting alligator locks, which secure barriers together to achieve continuous boundary runs.

Once barriers are connected, they can be locked into place as required, and can be opened or closed using a universal key.

Versatile and portable

Turtlegate barriers can be used indoors or out – the aluminium powder-coated construction means no rusting or peeling when exposed to the weather outside, whilst the rubber wheels mean there’s no scratching to damage indoor floor surfaces.

The aluminium alloy construction means the Turtle Gate barrier is lightweight to manoeuvre yet is robust once in situ. The multi-wheel system means each gate can be easily moved by one person for setting up: each barrier can be wheeled into position – either flat on the six wheels or tilted on two.

This durable design and construction means Turtlegates don’t just perform well once in place: they also have a long working life, being fully reusable across a range of events or security needs.
