• Yellow: usually used for temporary traffic roadwork diversions, or emergency situations.
• Green: signifies a primary route on a road sign.
• Blue: informational signage, providing directions or positive instructions to the driver, on motorways where blue rectangular signs are used for directions.
• White: typically indicates directions for minor roads or local routes, meaning information about non-primary roads and junctions on smaller streets.

In construction sites, special signs like “Works Access,” “Men At Work,” and “Road Closed” help drivers navigate safely around work areas, avoiding accidents and ensuring the safety of construction site workers and other road users.
