The Bison 800 Barrier is a new addition to SafeSite’s range of safety barriers. Its flexible design makes it a versatile water-filled option for demarcation and delineation of traffic around sites.

Available in red and white, with a Chapter 8 compliant reflective chevron strip as standard, our Bison 800 Barriers provide high visibility at an economical price.

 

Benefits

The Bison 800 Barrier offers 90 degree rotation to create right angle bends and corner layouts.

They are very easy to stack, owing to the bottom forklift slots which double up as interlocking grooves, for space-saving storage and transportation.

Multi size fencing and hoarding panels, and pedestrian and vehicle gates can be easily integrated for perimeter protection and access control, without any additional parts being required.

We offer personalised and livery options on mesh fencing and hoarding panels, to complement your bespoke paint scheme and branding.

 

Installation

Once unloaded the Bison 800 Barriers are easy to manoeuvre and assemble when empty, and provide a robust safety solution when filled with water.

As well as acting as a standalone temporary safety barrier, mesh fence and hoarding panels can be added to the Bison 800 Barriers for additional site protection and privacy. Quick and easy to install, multi size panels can also be used to display promotional messages, site signage and safety information.

This combination of a solid water-filled safety barrier, coupled with either mesh fencing or hoarding panels improves wind resistance compared to stand alone panels. When tested to MIRA standards, these configurations achieved multiple Class A passes.

The Bison 800 Barrier can also support access control measures when pedestrian or vehicle gates are added. These weather-proof galvanised steel gates are easily fixed to the barrier using heavy duty couplers and 18kg thermoplastic runner feet provide added stability.
