Our 16/12 Safe Cover trench covers create a safe and secure temporary option for short-term or permanent solutions.

Our covers serve as an exceptional alternative to expensive and cumbersome equipment like heavy-duty cranes, offering a simple lift-and-place installation method. Unlike GRP road plates that are part of a linked modular system, our trench covers are designed as single units. This enables deployment by only two people.

Transportation and storage are hassle-free due to the compact and flat design. Moreover, the installation process is incredibly straightforward. You simply need two people to bolt the cover into position on the ground with no machinery or equipment.

The cover is designed to comfortably bridge a 900mm hole or trench to create a permanent or semi-permanent solution quickly and easily. The Safe Cover is ideal to plug the gaps created by your construction site or street works and to provide safe passage for foot traffic and vehicles.

It is is designed to support up to 3.5 tonnes of weight over 900mm trenches, although the covers can cater for bigger gaps by bolting a line together if needed.
