Securing Over 100 Openings on a Vacant Commercial and Private Property

The Brief:

Customer called and advised they required a vacant building to be secured which was a former care home. They were unable to provide photos but advised the number of openings to be secured. Security Solutions provided a site survey and estimated it would take 5 days to install. There were 155 openings in total and additionally a house with 16 openings to be secured.

The Solution:

It was a hire contract for period of 16 weeks. Install took 4 days of labour and dismantling was completed in 2 days with 3 operatives on site. Material used by the team: 130 perforated steel sheets, anti-tamper screws and accessories, 950mm door, SafeSite keys.

The Outcome:

Client was happy with the work and the timescale in which it was completed. We installed all the equipment to secure all openings both ground and first floor along with a small house on site and supplied 1 door for access to the main building.
