Water-filled RB22 crash barriers are designed to withstand impact from vehicles travelling at up to 50 mph. They’re ideal for bordering off temporary roadworks and highway maintenance areas. When empty, they can be installed without the aid of machinery and are compatible with fencing systems.

Installation

Constructed from prime UV stabilised polyethylene, our RB22 barriers interlock with reinforced steel pins. Their simple yet intuitive design means they can incorporate curves if required.

RB22 water filled barriers can be moved without a forklift when empty and have wide forklift slots at the base if they need to be moved when filled.

There are a few key things to get right when installing RB22 water filled barriers to ensure they are stable, secure and can be dismantled easily. Our handy video shows you the required steps.

Developed to protect pedestrians and drivers alike, these sturdy freestanding 600kg (when filled) barriers absorb speed when hit by vehicles, deflecting them away from site. They’re TRL crash tested to BS EN1317 – N1 – 50mph.

RB22 crash barriers are stackable for ease of transport and storage. Corporate colours and nameplates are available if requested. They are fully compatible with our mesh and hoarding fencing systems and vehicle and pedestrian gates are also available.

Custom colours and name plating looked great

Easy to empty and put away

We recently purchased these for rally in Caldwell Park, the dispatch time was phenomenal considering our location, seemed no bother at all for Safesite. We bought a selection of standalone RB22 barriers and we also bought some with the RB22 mesh panels ( Which were really hand) Pretty impressive weight on them when empty it has to be said, would absolutely buy more form Safesite in the future. On dismantle and closure of the rally, they were easy to empty and put away. Thanks again!

Super product. Was worried how a 90degree angle is made for our track, but it allows you to create bends at ease! Really, really happy. The parts are labelled clearly and are easy to put together using the connection pins provided. Don’t have any issues with this product!
